Conflict Analysis in the Classroom
Conflict Analysis provides the missing link in education: helping students learn about themselves. Conflict Analysis presents a new model of emotional education that is designed to empower students with self- knowledge, while also providing them a wide conceptual understanding. The program at once allows students to recognize their emotional patterns, tracing how they deal with managing conflict, but also helps them recognize how different cultures present alternative norms, or systems of resolving conflict. For too long students' emotional needs have been kept outside of the classroom. Through Conflict Analysis, we now have a safe, secure, and meaningful way for students to learn about themselves.
